Christmas Spice Mix
To kick off the holiday season, our essential Christmas spice mix recipe is a winter blend of spices essential for festive baking with wonderful aromatic Christmas spice smells. Follow the recipe for the dry mix to have in the cupboard ready for xmas cooking and perfect for gifting.

This mix can be used in an array of recipes and dishes. Coming soon our recipe for Festive Candied Nuts which uses these spice blend. This homemade seasoning mix is used in our Christmas Spiced Chutney, but can also be used in Christmas Cake an to add festive seasoning to winter biscuits.

Sugar and spice and all things nice!
The aromatic Christmas spice blend comes from using sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt. We add a citrus hint by using orange peel to the recipe.

Make festive garnish and decoration with
Essential Christmas Spice Mix
- 3 tsp Cinnamon ground
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Orange Zest ground
- 1 tsp Nutmeg ground
- 1 tsp Ginger ground
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cloves ground
- Combine all the dry, ground ingredients in a container with a lid. Close the lid and shake well to combine.
- Store up to 6 months in a airtight sterilized jar or container.
- To make the Christmas Spiced Latte, add 1 tsp of the Christmas Spice Mix to warmed milk and stir to combine. Add this to a shot of espresso. Garnish with the mix and enjoy!
