Super Quick Aioli Dip Recipe
This is the cheats guide to homemade quick aioli dip. This garlic sauce recipe is made with mayo and mustard and is perfect accompaniment for many dishes or a delicious dip!
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
If making with carrot fries. First chop the carrots into thick slices then spread on a baking sheet with a pinch of salt and drizzle of olive oil and roast for 20 minutes at 190°C
For the aioli dip, add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly to combine.
If serving immediately garnish with coriander or parsley (dried or fresh). Cover and store in the fridge for 1 week.
